Waterjet Cutting
CO₂ Laser Cutting & Engraving
Custom & Production Work
Q: What materials can you cut with waterjet technology?
A: Just about anything! From hardened steel and aluminum to stone, glass, composites, and plastics — waterjet cutting handles it all. Plus, since it’s a cold-cutting process, there’s no heat distortion to worry about.
Q: What about your CO₂ lasers — what can they cut or engrave?
A: Lasers are perfect for detail work. We use them on metals, plastics, wood, acrylic, and glass. Whether it’s clean cuts or fine engraving, lasers are great for getting those crisp, polished finishes.
Q: Do you only take on big jobs?
A: Not at all. We treat every project with the same care — whether it’s a single prototype or a large production run. Big or small, we’ve got you covered.
Q: Which industries do you usually work with?
A: We’re proud to serve aerospace, semiconductor, military, and construction — but honestly, we’re open to helping anyone who needs precision cutting or engraving.
Q: What kind of files should I send?
A: CAD files (DXF, DWG) or vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are best. But don’t stress if you don’t have the “perfect” file — send what you have and we’ll help you get it ready.
Q: How thick a material can you cut?
A: Waterjets can slice through materials several inches thick. Lasers are better for thinner materials, where precision and detail matter most.
Q: How fast can you get a job done?
A: It depends on the size and complexity of your project. Small jobs can often be turned around within the week, while bigger runs take more time. Either way, we’ll give you a clear timeline up front.
Q: Can you help me with design or prototyping?
A: Absolutely! If you’re not quite sure about your design, or if you’re testing out a new idea, we’re happy to work with you to bring it to life.
Q: How do I request a quote?
A: Easy! Reach out through our website, email, or give us a call. Send us your design (if you have one), along with the material type, thickness, and how many parts you need. We’ll get back to you with a detailed quote.
Q: What info should I include when I ask for a quote?
A: The more details, the better. Helpful things to include are:
· Material type and thickness
· How many pieces do you need
· Design file (if available)
· Any deadlines or special requests
